Off-Ice Workshop with Signe Ronka

The TMRFSC is offering a freestyle off-ice seminar taught by Signe Ronka, a former competitive figure skater and founder of the FlexaFit conditioning program (www.flexafit.com). Signe is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also a NCCP 3 Certified National Competitive Coach.  Spaces will be limited and reserved for freestyle skaters.

When? Friday June 30th, 2023 in the activity room at the TMR arena

  • 8:25-9:25am & 10:45-11:45 : Junior group (1 & 2)

  • 9:30-10:30am & 12:15-13:15 : Senior group (3)

Who? All STAR skaters are invited.  Spaces will be limited and reserved for freestyle skaters.

Price: 75$ for TMRFSC skaters, 90$ for 2nd club skaters.
